Embracing Change: From Interior Design to Fitness and Motherhood
Life has a way of surprising us, doesn’t it? We think we have a clear path, a set direction—but then something unexpected tugs at us, nudging us toward a different journey.
For me, that shift happened when my love for movement and strength started to grow alongside my passion for interior design. I had built a career in design engineering, and I truly enjoyed it. Creating beauty, bringing harmony to spaces—it was fulfilling. But in the background, another passion was quietly unfolding. Fitness wasn’t just a hobby anymore. It was becoming something more.
Finding Purpose in Movement
At first, working out was my escape—a way to manage stress, clear my mind, and feel stronger. But over time, I realized that fitness is so much more than just physical exercise. It’s a mindset. A lifestyle. A way to reconnect with yourself.
I never imagined I would transition from the world of design to becoming a fitness trainer. But the more I immersed myself in movement, the more I understood its power—not just for shaping the body but for building confidence, resilience, and inner strength.
More Than Just Fitness
For me, fitness is no longer about aesthetics. It’s about self-discovery. It’s about proving to yourself, every single day, that you are capable of more than you think. It’s about patience, growth, and showing up—especially when it’s hard.
So if you’re in a season of doubt, if you’re wondering whether you should take that first step, I want you to know this: Just start. You don’t have to be perfect. You don’t have to have it all figured out. Just move. Just try.
Because the journey itself—the challenges, the lessons, the small wins—is what shapes you. And trust me, it’s worth it.
